The Unique Node List published at vl.ripple.com — the same trust list rippled itself uses to decide consensus, and the same one the amendments page tallies against, so the two can never disagree about who counts. The wider network has far more validators than this (125 were visible in a 15-second sample); only these decide outcomes.
No network address is shown because none is published. A validator signs with a validation key that is not its node key on the peer overlay, and most validate through stock servers rather than peering directly — none of the 35 here matched any of the 804 nodes a crawl could see. The domain is a validator's own signed claim about itself, not a resolvable identity, so it is shown but never treated as one. Addresses that ARE published belong to ordinary servers and are listed on the nodes page.
