Ledger timing
How steadily the XRP Ledger is closing ledgers, measured to the millisecond by our own node. A ledger's official close time is rounded to 10 seconds, so it can't show this; the real gap between closes (normally 3–4 s), how long the validators take to agree, and how far the official time strays are what reveal load and instability. Times are Brisbane (AEST).
